Lack of sexual desire

Dear Sir,

Please help me and suggest me homeopathic medicine to get rid of permanently from my sexual problem. Because of excessive masturbation before marriage my sexual desire is diminished. Now after my marriage, most of the time when I start foreplay with my partner my penis does not get tight properly to have an intercourse. Sometimes it get tight properly during sleeping. Once my penis get properly tight while sleeping, I can have a good sex with proper timing. But the problem is that most of the time I do not get excited properly and the penis does not get tight. This is actually hampering my marriage life. As I am not able to provide complete sexual satisfaction to my partner.
Regards
