Frequent toddler wakings

I'm looking for guidance for my two year old and his very frequent night wakings (every two hours all night long). When he wakes up he wakes crying and we can settle him but without fail he wakes two hours (at most) later. Any help appreciated :) and any other information happy to provide. Thanks!

Winter birthday
Generally good mood
Thin build but healthy
Has never slept longer than a four hour stretch except if sick
In good health
Does sometimes make snoring type noises indicative of mouth breathing. Tonsils slightly enlarged because of mouth breathing

Give him a dose of Calcarea Phosphorica 200c, not daily, just one dose and report back in 2 weeks.
