Dr Mehfooz ur Rehman please help

I have dandruff in my moustache and beard area. It increases when the area is more hairy and becomes prominent after a bath. Other than that I suffer from Insomnia and love spicy and warm food and drinks.

Kindly suggest a remedy

please use only Almond oil in milk one dessert spoon at night and have message of this oil at night.This will cover you both problems and report ater 2weeks.
