Dr Kadwa, Recurrent Cough, cold with fever

Her age is 2 years and 2 months.

She gets cold very easily and suffers from it atleast twice a month.
Same with fever, she gets fever every fortnight
She is having hollow cough and barking cough
White nasal discharge
Sometime sneezing as well.
It seems she is having shortbreath/breathing fast.
Mouth breathing while sleeping.
Last time doctor said she was having tonsils
She is restless and irritated.
Less appetite
Stool dry, hard and color of stool is kind of black with foul smelling.
Dry and cracked lips (happenning since last 2 month)
Her legs and back are itching most of the ticket
Skin rash
She has mouth breathing habit
Black circle under her eye
Red blister/rash in the mouth (mouth ulcer) (happenning since last 2 month, her mother has same problem)

She took Bryonia Alba, Ferrum Phos 6X for few days but no improvement. Currently we are giving her Dr Reckweg's R1 for fever and it seems working as of now. Also Adel 7 works wonder with her cold and cough.

Can you please suggest some remedy so that it can be cured permanently

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Sulphur 200 in morning and Merc Sol 200 in evening for 7 day. One dose means 2 pills or drops.
