Broken blood vessels on the face??

I've recently noticed these appearing on my cheeks. I've read that diluting apple cider vinegar works. As does witch hazel. Just wondering if one is better, or if they can be used together? Any advice would help! Not trying to use lasers on my face. Thank you

Please take 2 pills of Hamamelis 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 10 day period.
