HI I am 34 yr female
I am 5 foot 1
and 140 pounds
I need to lose 20 pounds to be healthy please help
I have occasioanl vertigo I noticed during my period mainly
I have anemia..feet hands cold
Acne around my chin..oily diet
I have fat around abdomen and hip area
I indulge in sweets but also spicy hot foods
I feel tired all the time and it hurts my head when I try to read or study
Please give me advice on what to start to get me healthy and energy
Also I can't have drops with alcohol so prescribe without it

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hair..falling ALOT and very thin hair roots...I get stress and upset moody...doctor has diagnosed me with anemia...I need to stop craving for junk food...need energy...digestion is OK ...I cannot tolerate heat as I get dizzy and nausea...lethargic..
.please NO alcohol in medicine.

Hello OK I understand the issue about the alcohol in these meds..but now can you please give me the medicine I need?
