Menopause-belly enlarged/protuded

Hello
I am 50 years old going through Menopause, last period 18 months back.Suddenly my waist has grown by 4-5 inches in the last 4-5 months though I put on at most 1-2 pounds weight. Please help me. I am rather active woman and exercise thrice a week and eat healthy, my waist is causing me too much agony & depression. Thanks a lot for your time
SYMPTOMS:
Belly Protuded (I had umbilical hernia surgery 3 years back which caused my abdomen to come out a bit but recent one seems
Menopause related)

Pain in knees(especially left) – OsteoArthritis – also arthritis in spine. Rest reduces pain, exercise makes it worse. Sore pain. If too much work or hard exercise – throbbing pain, can wake me up in pain

Bad Breath feeling all the time starts after eating lunch until next morning when I brush & do mouth wash.

Lower back pain - Lumbar - due to Scoliosis since teenager got worse after 2nd delivery(also arthritis). Worse with bending and sitting for too long. Moving around helps but then bothers knees

Urinary bladder weak - wake up twice at night to urinate even though I don't drink anything after 7pm. Leaks on sneezing or running. Allday as well I drink a lot but urinate a lot as well.

varicose veins – veins on hands & arms so thick and protuding like men, legs – black veins in color, not protruding and not painful

Memory Very weak, can't remember anything technical that I read even this week. Can't recall names even forget events in
life. Was weak from beginning (almost failed in Sanskrit & Chemistry every year!) but deteriorating

Dark circles under eyes

facial hair - chin & lips especially in recent 1 year

no desire for sex – almost no desire

craving for sweets especially at night. cannot sleep until I eat lot of sweet stuff - raisins, fruit, mithai if there is –
go crazy lost all control at night to eat sweets, all day so disciplined and controlled – eat healthy but have big appetite

light sleeper, wake up on slightest noise, so usually sleep deprived. First time it's not very tough to fall asleep - may be

need half hour to calm down and fall asleep but once I wake up - restless mind takes almost an hour or more to fall asleep again

short tempered and impatient

cleanliness freak

speech - slow speed from beginning but slower speed now. It's an effort to talk, I prefer to stay quiet, listen to music

motion – would be constipated if I didn’t eat 2 apples & prunes I eat every day – so motion in the morning

Wounds don’t heal easily but blood sugar is normal or on lower middle

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Lachesis 200 as follows and see how that affects over 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
