pain in shoulder and other places
I got this problem since I started to drink green smoothie with all kind of nuts in it .like kale ,spnich,salery almond chia seed casheo walnuts some others .and I have been drinking about one year.This started about 4 month after I start drinking ,in the beginning pain started in my left shoulder and I could hardly lift my left arm after some exercise I felt better but pain stayed then my left side of the jaw start clicking and still dose,and now my neck start clicking like bone rubs and I do feel weekness in mu mussels when I set and get up .please help me
