How r u sir, I m new with u.My main main problem is head spin and fear.
About me.
I m 41 years old, diabetic yes.
Journalist in Bangladesh.
Married and 2 daughters.
On head surround some time I feel empty. Some time little pain on side of head, some time back and also neck. At that time I take one tufnil and feel fresh but again come.
My fear level too high . any assignment come fall fear how can I do that. My bp level goes high.
Last one week I follow my bp.
When calm bp OK but on moving for work my bp show 90/95/100 to 140.
I don't take any medicine for bp.
My sugar level also not control. Before meal 9 and after 15.
I take alopath for this diamicron 60mg at morning one PCs and two time metformine 500mg.
My office time 4pm to 12pm.
I work with computer and internet.
All the medicine I take with my doctor advice.
Sir again my main problem is head spin and fear.
Always think negative.
My weight 75kl. And night 5.6"
Daily exersize 40m.
Use power glass on eye.
I take last few month
Anacardium, arsenic. Nux vom., conium but no improve.
I can't hear sound, fall angry shortly.
Vertigo also.
Severely medical test like lipit profile kedney lever and heart . report say all OK.
Suffering with vertigo almost 8 years. Sometime feel OK but for last two month increased. Mainly in cold season.
Pls sir help me

I want to get favors from u, for this again I disturb u. Pls sir take my case seriously .
My problem are......
# from 2009 my head spin start when I m positive of diabetic.
# some time feel OK some time not. But it never goes away.
# heavy anxiety and fear.
# often feel headece here and there.
# eye doctor give me tufnil.
# when I walk I falls on fear that head r spinning and I will fall down.
# when I wake up morning my mental condition sorrund fear.
# on fear my leg and hand scramble.
# maximum time I spend in office and home with computer.

Diamicron 60mg only morning one PCs.
At noon and night 500mg metformine.
##### try homio for vertigo or head spin are
Anacardium, cocculas, braynia alba, conium, arsenic, and now taking as ur advice nux vom.
I go to bed for sleep at 2am. sleep ok.
Sirr now pls look after my case, pls sir
