The silica complex doesn't seem to have silica in it - it has calcium 200mg, magnesium 150mg, zinc 15mg, betadine hydrochloride 50mg, boron 1.6mg, and horsetail 500mg.

I have also been taking a silica 54 mg capsule one a day.

Antibiotics ended last week on Thursday

And currently on period, started one day ago.

No, no pain or other issues at this time. My period has basically finished now.

Also I am wondering, should I continue sitz baths every day? I have been doing them for over 2 weeks and am a bit worried about having 4 baths a day.

You may stop, if there are no pain issues?

Please get hold of Silicea 6x asap.

Many prayers for your good health.
