Interstitial Cystitis- Desperate for Relief

Hello,

I am only 23 and have been experiencing bladder problems for several years that have been gradually worsening. It started with frequent urination that has increased to the point that it is negatively effecting my quality of life. Since January, I have also been regularly experiencing UTI like symptoms, but when I am tested it comes back showing a small amount of blood in the urine but no infection. I am now to the point where I feel a constant burning in my pelvic area and feel that I have to urinate even after I have just gone. My full symptom list is as follows:

-Frequent urination: Every 30-60 minutes during the day and 3-4 times a night.
-No relief from the feeling of needing to urinate even immediately after urination.
-Pain is worst in the morning, but amount of urine is just a trickle.
-Burning sensation and pressure in the pelvic area that feels like the beginning of a Urinary Tract Infection.
-Night Sweats
-Fatigue
-Mentally: Very stressed

If anyone has any recommendation it would be much appreciated. I have already tried Nux Vom, which was recommended by my mother who has been using homeopathy my whole life. Unfortunately, I did not notice any difference at all.
