medicine consumption issue

I opened medicine with hands and liquid touched my hand.

Second time i drank medicine in water, third time i took medicine again in water.

All this happened with a gap of five minutes each.

Will it be considered one dose or three doses?

And if taking this much doses of medicine for a chronic case is ok.

Or what will be its effect will it cause proving?

Please guide.
