Plz help regarding transverse myelitis

Hello doctors,

My father is suffering from transverse myelitis for last 2 months. Only his sensory function has been affected. Motor function is completely normal as he can walk. Till now he is 50% cured, and still 50 % exists. Below are some of the symptoms that still exists.
1) Parasthesia (numbness, tingling, burning pain) from below chest. Recovered only 50% till date.
2) There is plantar up going
3) Bowel and Bladder dysfunction happened which is also 50% recovered till date. Urine retention still persists and there is 100-200 ml residual urine. He is doing 2 time Self Intermittent catheterization.
4) Jerking type of involuntary movement felt in the big toe of left leg. Much felt during sleep. Sometimes felt in right leg.

Please suggest some medicines sir as my father is 65 years old and finding it very difficult.
Let me know if you need any other details.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him causticum 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 7 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
