Nat Mur Overdose? Pls help

Sir, i've been adviced by my aunt to take nat mur for intermittent fevers a week and half back. I took them for a week till yesterday and stopped it because of aggravation of the problem. I checked online on Nat Mur and found that I'm showing symptoms connected with it like weakness, anaemia(my finger nails are turning little blue, they were pink and healthy before), slightly increased thirst and my skin too lot of acne and boil breakouts and my complexion looks different. Is this case of overdose? I've stopped taking the medicine but i'm very worried about my health. is there anything i should do or just wait. I've my semester exams around the corner so have to be in the best shape possible.
