sabkamalik1 advised me to consult u for my small breasts problem as u r one of the most experienced doctor on this forum..im 29 years
married since 5 years, mother of one baby, living in Pakistan karachi where weather is relatively hot. periods are on regular basis of 5 days, flow is normal too. i have facial hair problem on chin area,very thick hairs. no other illness ever.. in family history no other women is small breasted.. no depression.. plz guide me with some remedy soon

You can give your full case but I have a feeling this is a genetic hormonal imbalance and cannot be corrected. But, we can try.
You can try a constitutional remedy along with symptomatic remedies if modalities match...like sabal.
As you have hair on your chin, it shows your testosterone is a bit higher as against female hormones like estrogen and progesterone.
