This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hello,i know you are probably looking for a remedy for this issue but here are some tips for achieve and maintain a better complexion WITHOUT damaging your skin.
Changing your skin tone that dramatically is not healthy, not with bleach or any other lightening treatment bec in the long term you will be damaging your skin as you expose your skin to these harmful chemicals.
I am also brown skinned, which comes with being indian and i would say that brown skin is beautiful.
Although it is unhealthy to change the skintone and skin melanin, i would say that using sunscreen will prevent it from sundamage so that will help you in the long run and we tend to need to use a higher spf so try using on that is over spf 30.In addition, i would exfoliate often and Niacin has also been known to have skin strengthening and brightening effects so try using products with Niacin in it. Hope this helps, thanks.
