sensorimotor ocd

Hello All
I am male , 41, 65 kgs, living in india. I am having anxiety, ocd troubles since long. I have always had problems with touching, germs, counting, locking etc. etc. Now a days I am suffering a lot from a new problem, concentrating a lot on my sneeze, as a result I can not sneeze and pressure builds up in my head.

I checked various websites and came to conclusion that this is OCD (Sensorimotor OCD), where you focus more on some parts of your body.

I am pretty sure about this because I read some very strange symptoms on one of the ocd websites, which are really strange (e.g. While driving and taking a turn somewhere, I fear that I might have run over a walking pedestrian and I will go back to check that everything is ok) . I am not sure if this is a mix of OCD and anxiety. Please help me in this .

Regards

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Arsenicum Album 200 as follows and see how that affects over 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
