sex related problem (please help me any expert doctor )
sir I am ravI .my age is 21 .I masterbate at the age of 14.at that time I masterbate very hard then at the age 16 certainly habe pain in testicle after that I going to urologist .the problem gets solved but from that situation one kind liquid (semen)continuesly come from penis .now my age is 20I going through following problem
skin loosning day by day
premature ejaculatin in 3 to 5
face is look like old man
no muscle
continues weight lose
erectile dysfunction
feeling of continously leaking of semen through penis
feeling of ommiting
now I totally stopped masterbate
but i faced the above problems continuesly please help
