Can't perform intercourse after marriage

I'm 32 years old surprisingly on the very first night of marriage I could nt perform intercourse with my wife. I discharged instantly,
I was a habitual of mastrbation for the last ten years. Nw I have PE and ED both. I frequently go to bathroom 4 urination during each day. I used to exhaust myself after little work. Pls help me to save my marriage.

Please take staphysagria 200, 3 doses as explained below:

Evening 1 -dose 1
Morning 2 -dose 2
Evening 3 -dose 3

Then stop remedy and wait for 1 week.

Avoid coffee.

Pls explain the dose. How many pills in one dose n how to take it with water or anything else.

If remedy in liquid, 2 drops of remedy in 2 teasepoon of water, sip up slowly.

If in pills form, 3 pills under tongue makes a dose. Dont touch pills with hand, rather use cap of bottle to take the dose.

Avoid eating/drinking anything except water 30 mins before/after medicine.
