High cholesterol -doctor please help
Hello,My name is Simram and I am almost 40 years old. I started having issues of high cholesterol when I was pregnant 9 years ago. Here are my current numbers:
Total cholesterol: 238
Triglycerides: 91
HDL: 52
LDL: 168
These numbers fluctuate every year by + or - 10 to 15. Overall my cholesterol is borderline high for the last few years. I would like to know if thee are medications in homepathy that can help me reduce both total cholesterol as well as LDL. I am a petite women weighing around 108 lbs. I have a family history of high cholesterol. My father died of cardiac arrest 5 years ago.
Also I have a busy work schedule and commitments with my twin girls that leaves no time for me to exercise. I am very active otherwise and hardly get time to relax. My job requires me to stand and teach for 3 hours each day.
Please let me know what can I do to lower my cholesterol.

avoid fatty oily and fried food.pl use salad and fruits like papita ,apple and start crategus oxy Q 10 drops in one fourth cup of water after one hour of meal for three month.NO MEDS DURING PERIOD.

Doctor,
Do I take the medicine after every meal (lunch and dinner) or just after dinner?
Will this medicine lower the overall cholesterol and LDL or will it affect HDL as well?

Hello doctor,
I finally got the meds sent to me today from India.
Along with Crataegus Oxy Q, I was also sent Terminalia ArjunaO.
Please let me know if I need to take both meds or just one of them.
I wanted to check with you before starting them.

Thank you doctor. I started both meds on Dec 20. Do I take both meds for 3 months or can I take it for a longer period?

for three month only and get yourself tested for further advise,pl avoid fatty food along with butter and ghee.pl have salad and fruits like citrus ,papita .

I have suffered from chilblains for a few years now and Petroleum 10M ( you can check my other thread on this form where I was recommended Petroleum) has provided me some relief from chilblains. Being winter and very cold where I live, my chilblains are bothering me a lot on my fingers.
Can I take Petroleum 10M along with the cholesterol homeopathic meds that I am taking as prescribed by you. I don't take Petroleum 10M regularly, but during winter I have to repeat it once every 3 weeks or so.
Please let me know.

I normally take petroleum once every 3 week and not once every week. It it still ok? I need to take it only during winter months.

Hello Doctor,
I had my cholesterol check today are the numbers came out as follows:
Total cholesterol 231
HDL 52
My total cholesterol dropped by 7 points and HDL stayed the same. They did not get LDL because I was not fasting.
I have been taking the two prescribed medications at least once per day after meals. I have been eating more fruits, papaya, avocado and nuts than before. But my cholesterol did not change much.
Please suggest if I should continue with the same dosage or increase it.
