dyspnea on exertion,epilepsy,obesity

dear
i am 30 male 110 kg Having two epilepsy attacks in 2012 and taking valparin chrono500 2times a day from 3years. From last one year i also suffering from dyspnea on exertion and is very difficult to me get upstairs.Total cholestrol leval is around 220.I also having history of anxiety and take medicine for 4 months in 2012. Is it safe to take r59 from dr rechweg.in june 2015 i also got operated for gallstones and gallbledder is removed
please advise me what to do.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This suggestion will work better than R59 in your case.

Please take three doses of Calcarea Carb 200 as follows and see how that affects over 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
