Schuessler tissue salts - No 28 - General tonic

Hi all:

How good it is to take schuessler tissue salts no 28 for general well being? Can anyone of the doctors share your thoughts and recommendations on this pls?
If there is someone who is already using these, i request you to share your review too.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Per schuessler, diseases occur due to deficiencies of one or more salts in the body.

Number 28 has all the 12 salts in 6X potency.

It would be right to figure out what salt is deficient in the body, based on symptoms.

Taking this combination is also fine as long as you see positive changes towards cure. But Body's intelligence will have to over work to eliminate extra salts which are not deficient in the body, which i personally feel is unnecessary intervention and should not be done in long run.

But i read over internet that there is no way this can be overdosed. Little confused now on how to proceed.
