Post nasal drip

I often suffer from post nasal drip. It comes and goes. At the moment it is particularly aggravating. It is tickling the back of my throat which makes me cough violently and my eyes stream. It is usually relived by blowing my nose.

I think it is aggravated by wine and possibly by hay fever for which I am taking antihistamines.

I am at a loss to work out which remedy will work for me. Please advise. Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Lachesis 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
If this doesn't help take Nux Vomica 200 in the same way.
