Forehead pressure

Hi

What looks like is that I have a persistent sinus infection which effects the upper left forehead area.

It begun a few years back with foul smell from my nose (I could smell it) and later on severe headache when having cold. That was treated with antibiotics. It appeared to be gone but after a year or so I started feeling pressure in the left forehead area. In case of mild cold I would notice small green specks in the discharge but nothing major. The pain would move to temples and jaw connection from time to time but I can't be certain that has any connection (only happened a few times for a short period of time).
The only thing I notice is that the issue is aggravated at cloudy (low pressure) weather and before sleep when I lay down on right side (probably the passages get clogged up). Lately I am seeing a lot of "post nasal drip" (mucus draining directly in the throat) but it brings no other symptoms other than discomfort as I have to swallow it all the time.
I feel moderate pain if I rub my palm over the forehead.
I have no other sinus infection related symptoms as far as I was able to research it.
