Cholesterol, Angina(potentially), heart issues

Age : 58.

I'vebeen advised to get an angiography done by a allopathic medical heart doctor.

All tests normal.
ECO was normal.
Stress ECO was also normal.

only Direct LDL Cholesterol : 138. (report says its high).

History : once diagnosed with MVP(mitral valve prolapse).
Then a few years ago no MVP detected in stress test & eco.

Recently in June doctor advised a test for Angina Pectoris, and predicted I have it.

I've decided against angiography & angina tests and initiated Lifestyle Change : sleeping better, getting some exercise(morning walk).

I've been going on morning walks and felt improvement.

Current complaints :
*feels as if heart sinks for a moment.
*Fatigue.

what I'm taking currently :

Diacard Gold Drops (by Adelmar Pharma)twice a day.
Calaptin(verapamil)[its a beta blocker] 40mg twice/day.
Ativan 1mg(lorazepam)twice/day.

Both medications are to prevent tachycardia/heart problems, prescribed by a cardiologist.
