heart burn
my symptoms are after break fast by 9.30am I get heart burn around 11.30 & 12noon.then after lunch at 2.00 pm same repeats at 4 to 4.30pm.
any body can suggest the remedy. thanks. arumugham

health: normal health
asthmatic for past 50 years
prostate gland enlarge operated.
lumbar scoliosis from 2008.
in Jan 2015 got operated for rectum prolapse. got operated for urine block on March 2015.
No medical check up done for heart burn. thanks. arumugham.

no sour liquid after lunch or dinner.
yes i have acid reflux hence the heart burn.

please take below remedy. after that I will prescribe one remedy which will check your asthma and both acid reflux too

Iris Versicolor - 30c
one dose everyday morning for 10 days
one dose means if the homeopathy remedy is in liquid dilution form then take 2 drops from liquid dilution as one dose
or if the remedy prepared by homeopathy phamacy as globules form then take 5 globules only
just remembered one dose everyday for 10 days it means 10 does will be cover in 10 days

my prescription remedy will check your acidity.
please do one thing.
just take iris versicolor 30c remedy for 3 days means 3 dose. in these 3 days don't take allopathy Medcine for acidity but please continue your asthma Medcine.
if in 3 days your acidity is controlled then don't take allopathy Medcine for total 10 dose of this remedy. if your acidity more then you can take some antacid
but I am sure by this remedy your acidity will be control

dear dr. malik,
i had a very bad day. i took Irisin the morning at 8.30 am. took food at 9.30 am. around 10.30 the acidity heartburn started. normally it will go off in 39 min time.today it did not go but increased. it continued. i took allo cap roles l before lunch.problem continued.i could not take lunch properly.managed to take curd bath only. after one hr it had started again.i took something other to control the acidity. at last it came to control at 5.00 pm. why is it? is it medi has aggravated. pl help. thanks. arumugham

it's not agrevation. I treat serious to serious acid reflux case by this. there may be 2 reason one is you don't have more acid reflux but u taking more antacid before
or it may be a good sign initialy it agrevate like this

I am very regular. Take 3 meals a day with tea snacks at 5 pm.
Here I like to inform that Right now I am taking medication for my asthmatic problem. the medicines are 1 pan 40 morning bf and food with the medicines IVPRED 16 mg, antibiotic azithrocine, certicine DC. and a inhalar

his weight is 42 kg and I didn't calculate his BMI also so was confused about this
what u advise here he will not lose weight... many cases nat phos give weight loss Atleast some kg

Nat phos 6x is very effective cell salt and can be given to any case of hyper acidity. BTW its not a weight loss medicine, though there were some posts that it has been found effective in weight loss but its not verified.
Its a must have cell salt on my side table :-). I have found it very effective in heartburn and acidity.

4 tablets makes a dose. Dont touch the tablets with your hand instead use cap of bottle for taking a dose. Put tablets under the tongue, it disolves by itself. Initially, you can take a dose 20 min before each meal or any time when you feel heartburn. Makes sure total number of doses in 1 day are not more than 4 and at least there is a gap of 4 hours between each dose.
Once you feel better then stop taking nat phos 6x before meal, but to be taken whenever you feel heartburn.
