Disc problem

I am suffering from disc herniation L4-L5 and L5-S1 probably since last 5 months, gone through various medications, physiotherapy etc but all in vain. Now my problem is increased and i feel numbness in my legs and weird sensation in my leg nerves and i am facing this numbness problem in nerves since last 3 months. I also used to have back pain since last 2-3 years but i used to ignore it but suddenly 5 months ago when i got up from my chair i felt that something in my back has seriously gone wrong and i was unable to move

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Bryonia 30 in the morning, two pills and Arnica 30 in the evening, two pills for a week must start helping this. Please write back after this for a week.
