Running nose from 15 days

My 7 months child is suffering with Running/Closed nose. even he is not able to have milk. I already used Acconite 30 and now using Brynia 30. Please suggest medicine

KALI MUR 6X - 2 pills morning and 2 pills evening

NAT MUR 6X - 2 pills afternoon and 2 pills night

(dissolved in a tablespoon water)
