15 year old dog with open pyometra

Hello, I have a 15 year old dog with open pyometra. What can I give her to help her? She does not want to be alone and is restless. I gave her some arsenicum album which has helped this but was wondering if I should also giver her some Pulsatilla and or hepar sulph? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Pulsatilla if the dog is mild mannered. Hepar Sulph if she is sulky.
