is there any one who can help me

Hello my name is Souvik Guha ,age 23 from India.

I'm experiencing pain on my neck and sometimes on the left side of my head from last 3 months.Got an X-ray of my cervical spine which says LOSS OF CERVICAL LORDOSIS (cervical curve) and muscle spasm & early disc degenerative disease.This is actually causing the pain.I feel relief when i lie down on my back otherwise all day long i'm suffering from this pain.

Please help me to manage this pain and also to restore the normal curvature of my cervical spine.Don't want to go through surgery.please help

take one dose Calcarea Carb 1m preferably at night.
do not eat or drink sour things as they may interfere with medicine.
update after one week.

Please take advice on this forum with a grain of salt.

Taking a deep acting remedy like Calc on sparse indications in a high potency can be dangerous.

only one dose is to be taken. it will act for about 30 days. update 4 days after taking medicine.

I just bought this Calcarea Carb 1m in liquid form.How to take it i mean how many drops of it.And will i have to mix the drops with water (how much water) or take it directly into my mouth?

put 2 or 3 drops of the medicine in half a cup of mineral water, stir it well and then drink it.
do not eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after medicine.

another thing my body vit d and calcium count is very low.I have vit d and calcium assimilation problem.Is there any homeopathy remedy for it?

the given medicine will take care of that. expose yourself to direct sunlight for sometime in the morning every day.
