Jock Itch & Excessive Sweating

Thanks for replying, these are the details.

7. climate : I like rainy season with moderate room temperature(not so cool). I hate summers and winters.
8. List of your complaints :
Jock itch/ fungal infection on either side of groin and on scrotum.
Excessive sweating in pubic area( even when I bring my legs together, sweating starts)
Ocassional perspiration in palms and armpit.
9. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
Am suffering from jock itch since 2012 Jan( 3 years, 6 months).
Am suffering from excessive sweating from 1 or 2 years.

13. Tongue and Taste : Tongue seems normal and I can identify tastes.

15. One situation that had a
big effect on you?
a. My mother suffered from depression when I was a child, so I remember every act did by her and people who made gossips around her. All these had great impacts on me. Anyways am gregarious and not suffering from depression. But, I feel anxious soon.

Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past?
Doctors always gave some medicines but they didn't mentioned names.
But I can give details about medicines regarding other ailments.
For acne I used Belladona and during the course of usage, my acne got reduced but after discontuing soon it popped.
I suffer from acidity, a slight change in diet(like eating roasted foods or junk foods) causes acidity when I take ENO or cumins the problem gets alleviated. Some time back my gut was so irritable and suffered from acidity for every food(rice with vegetable curry etc..) at that time two doses of Gelsemium relieved me.

Am a Student, I rely on my parents.

Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry,
impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not, you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections.
Am short-tempered, hurry, speak-a-lot and try to socialize, feels inferior in a crowd of unknown people, sensitive, try to help others, I speak in front of my class but am slightly afraid of it my heart beats faster before the speaking seesion but when I start speaking I feel normal and speak fine. But didn't spoke on stage. I feel very sympathised seeing beggars and even feel guilty. I cannot forget who hurt me. My brain always wanders about either past or future when am free but am good in my academics.
I was less immune in my childhood I use to suffer from fever, cold etc... often but am quite well now. I have sinusitis.
