uric acid cure
old problem.has flared up again,gout attack on left ankle.i am male 50 years.used urtica urens mther incture and acid benz 6 combo to succesfully treat this disorder previously,should i use the same combo again.had started to incease alcohol and non veg intake-that may b the cause.getting my blood test done today but have no doubts-it is high uric acid as i know these syptoms.no fever etc ony ankle pain.starting Urtica urens thrice and acid benz 6 once a day but waiting for better advice.switihing back to only SABJI eating now as used to do earlier,avoid dals also.any other dieteray suggestions.are cherries good?what about some turmeric in a cup of milk at night.is aloe vera juice OK[message edited by andy_65_in on Thu, 25 Jun 2015 00:39:16 UTC]

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
can someone help.am currently on acid benz 6 once and urtica urens thrice a day.have stopped all types of fod and beverages except sabji and roti.do take tea once aday.blood report awaited but pain and swelling in my ankle.how can the swelling be reduced,should i ice it as suggested by someone bu using ice in water and lowering the afected ankle inside.
