Enlarged Turbinates in the left Nostril.
Deviated Septum.

Antidepressants:

Have taken many antidepressants .

Fluoxetine + Prothidine 1 year started in 2002
Effexor 2.5 years started in 2004
Duloxetine 2 years started in 2010
Amitriptyline 1 to 2 months

Provides relief from headache. Improve quality of work.
But they induced severe insomnia.



Anti allergy:

Antiallergy with pseudoephedrine (decongestent agent) provides some relief.
Use it occasionally.

Allergy Vaccine:

Took allergy shots for 2 years. It reduces some nasal inflammation.

Nasal spray + Steam:

Nasal Spray donor work at all.
Steam inhalation do provides any relief.

Ant acidic Medicine:

omeprazole, zantac

Reduce nasal swelling and headache.

Homeopathic Medicine:


Have taken too much homeopathic remedies for headache and sinus.


One composition which i think slightly worked for nasal inflammation


lemna minor + teucrium + Allium Cepa + luffa bind

For headache:

Cereginkgo Drops:
Ambra Grisea + Anamirta Cocculus + Conium Maculatum + Ginkgo Biloba Panax Ginseng

Provide some relief from headache but increase heartbeat.

In the past these medicines have provide some relief for short period of time

Nux, Arsenic alb, aconite, geseminum, coralium ruburm, Bacillinum 200 (instantly reducesd itiching in the nose), Pothos Foetidus
glonoine, formica rufa, Kali phos, avena sativa, Ashwagandha (reduces nasal inflamation and blood pressure)

There is no tuberculosis history in family (close relatives).

bacillinum 200 provided instant relief from nasal itching.

I also have large size cyst on lower end of spine. it is pain less. My father also have cyst on his right arm. is there any link between my symptoms and cyst?

I will get bacillinium 1M toady.

I took bacillinium 1M single dose on 29 june.

Now the the nasal burning pain has vanished.

Sinus Dryness has reduced.

Now from 17 July to onward

1) Nasal discharge has stopped (it has increased sinus congestion)

I took 2nd dose of Bacillinum on 26 July.

From 26 July to 10 August there was no improvement in Sinus congestion. I waited patiently for the recovery. After 10 august there was a gradual improvement in sinus congestion.

Currently there is no sinus congestion.

Now i am suffering from constant light headache from the last few days. I feel heaviness on/or inside the head. During exercise the headache is relieved.

Second issue is stomach acidity also slow action of intestines.

The burning pain in nose never reoccurred.
And i can do some mental work.

Used Calcarea Carb 200 on 10 September. However there is no improvement in headache.

Currently i have

Sinus congestion (accumulation of secretions in sinuses )
Tight band around head
(may be muscular pain around head)
depression
laziness

Bacilinium 1M 2 times.

I think due to the change in weather, i am getting sinus issue again (also can't tolerate air conditioned room).

Oil rich foods also aggravate symptoms.

I have some current issues.

1) X-ray shows that left "frontal sinus" is 80% occupied by secretions/ mucous. There is no drainage through left sinus opening hole. Anti-histamine, antibiotics, steam inhalation do not work at all.
Mucous is very thick and have transparent color most of the time.
2) In the morning, every day i feel acidity in stomach. After breakfast in the morning, there is severe "nausea" and "vomit" every day. i have to use ginger powder or some anti-acid to avoid vomit. Tongue color is white. There is also very bad smell form mouth.
3) My metabolism is slow, gaining weight. In winter, my hands and feet are cold. Angeer helps me a lot to solve cold feet issue.
4) IBS, I feel that intestines movement is very slow. Stool is not sufficient. Never felt empty bowels.
5) Contant heaviness and dull pain throughout the day.
6) I can sleep very well. But i need more than 8 hour sleep.
7) Lack of motivation in all matters.
8) Ultrasound shows some fatty liver.

Need help!

Currently i dont have any depression like issue and not taking any anti-depression since march 2016.
