Mother is having sever physical weakness after hospitalization

Mother, 66 was admitted to ICU 3 months back for 5 days followed by 7 days in ward due to many problems.

1) She is having cronic infection in kidney casuing increase in cretenine level. Post discharge from hospital it's between 4-5. She was put on dialysis thrice while in hospital. She had swelling all over her body at that time. It's not done post that.

2) She was diagnosed with thairoid and she is taking medicine for the same.

3) She is having high blood pressure problem which ranges 170-220 always

3) She is having Diabetes and it fluctuates. Suddently it goes down she feels drowsy and we have to give her some suger and stop her regular diabetes medicine.

Post discharges from hospital she is taking medicine for all of above problem and test are showing stability although not recovered.

Biggest problem is that she is very very weak post that. She can not move herself. She feels pain whenever someone helps her to sit or sleep.
Prior to hospitalization she was not in her best of the health but was still able to move and do daily work. She is completely bed ridden now.

Please can you help in her gaining strength.
