Need help in doseage

In was prescribed arsenicum album 30 for chronic cold and cough. I got a bottleArsenicum Alb. 30. 10 ml dilution , alcohol vol.% 90.

I'm not sure how to take this remedy. Should I mix it with water?

Yes. Take 2 drops and put into
a quarter cup of water and stir. Take one tsp out of that
for a dose. Hold in your mouth
for 20 seconds, and do not eat
or drink half hour before or
after taking it.
