The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Angry teens

Twins are turning 16 in November. Angry most of the time but laugh in front of people. I took to therapy and it didn't really work. they hate themselves and see themselves as ugly (which they are not). I think they have identity issues as well.
One of them is constantly sabotaging herself so she got drunk once on her birthday and made a scene in front of her friends. Recently, she has done that again! They have both cut themselves several times and that's why we took them to therapy. They have run to spend nights with friends 3 times. We are trying so hard and yet she does not listen.
Both have no passion for anything other than their phones so we took them away. They are very smart and yet no studying enough at school. They went behind my back and bought Prozac from the pharmacy and both have used 5 packs until we caught them.
They have insomnia, trouble sleeping and when they wake up, they are not refreshed. They are refusing to commit to any sports.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Do they have any peculiar habit? Like frequently washing hands or closing all open doors or sitting in dark rooms or shaking their heads for no reason, not taking bath, wearing old and dirty clothes etc.

Are they talkative or close mouthed?

Do you have any history of syphilis, insanity, alcoholism or suicide in the last two generations?

Are they having problems in studies despite being apparently smart in other areas earlier?

Do they drool saliva while sleeping?

Do you see any abnormality in the size of their head and shape of teeth?

How is their feeling or empathy for others in the family?

Please write at least 5 words describing their personality.

What ailments did they suffer from in the past?

How was the pregnancy and delivery? Any mental or physical trauma?

Based on your answers, we will decide on the remedy or next set of questions.

Thank you so much for taking on this one! I have been crying day and night over their situation. Last Thursday was bad since D2 got drunk and couldnt even figure out where she was!

Do they have any peculiar habit? Like frequently washing hands or closing all open doors or sitting in dark rooms or shaking their heads for no reason, not taking bath, wearing old and dirty clothes etc.

They like closing all open doors, prefer sitting in dark rooms and it is difficult to get to take a bath or change their dirty underwear. For the sake of making things clear, I will use daughter 1 or daughter 2 in case there are differences.

Daughter 1 is more hygienic than daughter 2 and yet, not up to cleanliness level expected. Both share the above habits.

Are they talkative or close mouthed?
Daughter 1 is talkative when she wants
Daughter 2 is closed mouthed most of the time with an empty gazing look, one that you cannot tell how she feels.

Do you have any history of syphilis, insanity, alcoholism or suicide in the last two generations?
My grandfather was depressed and yet, was not suicidal
My husband’s grandmother was depressed because she lost her son at war

Are they having problems in studies despite being apparently smart in other areas earlier?
When they study they get good grades, they are smart both of them and yet daughter 2 failed last year and is repeating 8th grade alone. She is actually the smarter one. This last year she got an F in Math and this year she gets an A. The teacher thinks that a person can only improve to get a C not an A and therefore she thinks that she must have been going through a tough time.

Daughter 1 got lucky – she wasn’t studying and yet, knows how to handle her teachers.

If I would sum it up, daughter 1 is the soft power and daughter 2 is the forceful power.

Do they drool saliva while sleeping?
I have seen that a few times but not much I guess and when I saw it that was a probably a year ago. Do you want me to keep a close eye?

Do you see any abnormality in the size of their head and shape of teeth?
Their heads are slightly on the bigger side. Teeth are normal – daughter 2 might have slightly bigger teeth and needs to install a retainer soon.

How is their feeling or empathy for others in the family?
Daughter 1 started being empathetic lately only because I started having hypothyroid so I cried a few times.
Daughter 2 is not so empathetic; in fact she could be the opposite of that sometimes. She does hug us sometimes and yet, not very understanding to most situations.

Please write at least 5 words describing their personality.
D1: Kind, vegetarian, loves animals, wants attention, lazy, wants it easy, attention seeker, interested in boys, funny, smart, loves eating sweets, knows what to say usually, wild music taste – could be morbid sometimes, a smile drawn on her face in front of strangers most of the time (party pleaser), sad, quiet at home, manipulative behavior

D2: Kind, loves animals, acts like she doesn’t want attention, different, wild music taste – could be morbid sometimes, funny, smart, loves eating sweets, prefers not to say much, empty gaze sometimes –Looks pass through you, sad, quiet, manipulative behavior

What ailments did they suffer from in the past?
Pre-asthmatic (from hubby’s side of the family), tonsillitis, frequent colds, runny nose

How was the pregnancy and delivery? Any mental or physical trauma?
Pregnancy was lovely and great but at the end I got facial palsy and had to take cortisone to cure my 6th or 7th nerve. Kids were born two weeks later, a bit bloated but neurologist said that the placenta had already closed so no meds have passed to them.

Delivery was really bad! Went in with normal labor, open till 8 cm and couldn’t dilate more so they moved me to the operation room since D1 was already going through a tough time and they had to operate to get her out. Doctors at the hospital were really mean, not considerate, hated it, painful, anesthesiologist dealt with me as if he is handling a corpse, woke up later in excruciating pains and nurses and parents giving me both to hold and breast feed while I was in total pain. Was not a great experience!

It seems both of your daughters have inherited strong syphilitic miasm from any one of their parents. In medical terms they may be suffering from negative schizophrenia which is a subtle form of it and cannot be diagnosed easily.

However, they can be cured by homeopathy if they undergo treatment in the initial stages.

If you want me to suggest a remedy for them, you have to give their full case for me to find their totality.

I am pasting my questionnaire below and you can then give me their cases one by one. First give the case of Daughter no.1.

Once we find her remedy, you can then give the case for Daughter no.2.

Thanks a lot for your kind note and explanation ... forgive my ignorance, how can syphilis be passed to them in that manner? Can you enlighten me to understand more on what I am dealing with? Maybe I am part of the problem .... how can I help them? How can I become a better parent?

I told them that since they had issues with quality sleep and focusing on studying, I will consult with a homeopath to give them something to help them overcome these issues, therefore, we need them to sit today after school to answer your questions honestly.

D1 said I dont mind if you read the stuff I write, I know it's best to say the truth to get the best prescription.

D2 said I will sit and write things alone and you will show me where to send this and yet, as her mother, I cant read any.

Would this affect their younger sister in any way? She is 8 and a half and constantly being bullied at school just like her older sisters. Some of the bullying boys and girls keep making up stories about her and telling tales to frame her.

I am so lost and tired ....

Thank you so much for accepting to help us, I truly appreciate it.

In homeopathy 'miasm' is said to be a set of symptoms with modalities or behavior which may be transferred across generations if any particular disease is not treated homeopathically.

It is possible that in some generation earlier, syphilis may not have been treated fully. This suppressed syphilis, in its secondary or tertiary states, shows such symptoms like insanity, insomnia, aggravation at night, rage and high temper, self destruction, suicide or murder, alcoholism etc.

In modern medical science, such symptoms may either be termed as Bipolar behavior or negative schizophrenia.

They can be cured by homeopathy. So, don't worry so much.

Just to give you an idea, she was smoking behind our back, likes alcohol, got drunk twice and probably did it more and wasnt caught.

She is sweet to her younger sister when it is studies related and she even plays games with her. When she cracks jokes, she is the funniest. I guess her sitting down to write her answers shows that she is keen on getting well or better.

Your remedy is SYPHILINUM to start with.

Please take a single dose of SYPHILINUM 10M on a single day morning.

One dose would be 3 drops of remedy in some 10 ml of water taken in small sips first thing in the morning in empty stomach. Sleep for another 2 hours. Don't take any food or drinks one hour before or after taking this dose.

Let me know your improvements after a month.

rishimba 8 years ago
Must she sleep? Can she take it and go to school? what if I dont the liquid form? Can I give her the galubals/granules?

Are you willing to take my case as well? Hypothyroid?

Thank you so much for everything! God Bless you! and Without even meeting you or knowing if you are a man or woman - I have faith in you!

Warm and positive thoughts coming your way!

Wizzo 8 years ago
Well, the point is, she must allow full absorption of the dose. That's the reason I asked her to sleep.

Best would be to take this dose on a Sunday / weekend so that there's no rush to go to school.

Dosing is required in liquid form. I don't think you will get 10M potency in globules.

If you want to give your case, you may start a new thread as address it to me in the forum. I keep visiting the forum at least 2 times a day.

You can now give the case of your other daughter.

rishimba 8 years ago
Thanks again for the clarification. Just to confirm, it is only one day in the week so 4 times a month?

Will post my case addressed to you.

Thanks again!

Wizzo 8 years ago
No, you will give her only one dose (single ) on a particular day.

This dose is given once in 2 months. So, you will share notes after 1 month of giving the first dose.

If you see improvement, the next dose will be only after 2 months of the first dose only if required.

Your remedy is PULSATILLA.

You can take PULSATILLA 200C three doses only on a single day, each dose 8 hours apart.

Take the doses in empty stomach and clean mouth. Don't take any food or drinks one hour before or after taking the dose.

One dose would be 3 drops of PULSATILLA in some 10 ml of water slowly sipped up.

After two to three days you should get your thirst back and have better sleep. Gradually, energy levels will increase.

Let me know when your symptoms relapse so that repeat dose could be suggested.

rishimba 8 years ago
thanks a lot Dr. Rishimba!

Will send you feedback after they have taken their remedy.

God Bless you!

Wizzo 8 years ago
Correction:

Please try PULSATILLA 200C for both of your daughters initially.

In case Pulsatilla fails for daughter no.2, then go for Syphilinum. On going through the case of daughter no.1, I feel, since they are twins, PULSATILLA should act on daughter no.2 as well.

Sure - will do!

I started their remedy today ... I am not sure if I mentioned before that they used to cut themselves and that D2 committed suicide when she was in 7th grade. Took a number of pills and we had to rush her to the hospital so that we can clean her tummy.

Wizzo 8 years ago
Dear Dr. Rishimba,

They both have flu, soar throat and cough .... can I give them any remedy?

They are sneezing and coughing! what should I do?

Wizzo 8 years ago
Please treat their flu with homeopathic remedies. Let me know their modalities of cough and cold.

If you give them antibiotics, the good work of Pulsatilla will be lost for this time.

Please answer the following questions.

1. How is their thirst?

2. What time of the day their coughing and sneezing is worst?

3.What is the color of their sputum?

4.Which area in their respiratory tracks is worst affected.

5. What makes the cough worse and what makes it better?

Regarding D2, if Pulsatilla doesn't work fully, you will have to give Syphilinum as I suggested earlier.

But first, let them get rid of flu.

Absolutely! I would never give them antibiotics unless they have severe fever and even now with the symptoms of cold, flu and cough - I consulted you because I wanted optimum results.

I gave them Aconite 30C single dose and will see if they need another one tomorrow morning.

I will get back to you with answers on your questions. I have sent you a separate note on daughter no. 3. Would you please take a minute to check it out? http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/474616/

Thanks a lot Dr. Rishimba!

We will see the response to Pulsatilla on both of your daughters. I think they will respond well. Gradually we will go higher in potency till they get fully cured of their mental problems. D1 is a typical Pulsatilla girl and I don't have any doubts about her.

D2 may need some other remedy, most probably Siphilinum if Pulsatilla fails.

I will look up the thread you have pasted the link for.
