Poor appetite low weight

Hello, my 5 yo daughter with low weight birth wt was average but then was always below growth chat wt also has poor appetite, grind teeth a lot at night, very active and smart other wise. She also has small head circumference birth normal no issues, tends to be constipated at times. Please help

Thanks for a prompt reply, I will get calc phos 30 c today, will give 1 dose tonight. Will keep u posted, really appreciate your advice
