Breakouts on chin, lower jaw, bloating, constipation etc.

Hi there,

Hoping you can help.

For the past year I have been cleansing and detoxing my body- including monthly 3 day juice cleanses.

I was experiencing random bad breakouts all over my face- constipation- bloating- irregular stools- my liver was congested- breakouts on my shoulders- imbalanced digestive system.

After a lot of research, trial and error I have come a long way with my health. I was doing coffee enemas to help cleanse my liver- I was taking Oxy Powder capsules to help clean out my intestines and that helped A LOT. I did get to the point where both of those were not working for me anymore so I stopped. Still was breaking out a little bit but MUCH better and the breakouts on the shoulders have stopped. The past couple of months I started using Pascalite (bentonite clay) and that has helped take my health to the next level.

The breakouts have pretty much stopped and are now healing except I am still getting them on my chin and lower jaw (not nearly as much or as bad as before) and my bloating and constipation has basically gone away except it will creep up every one in a while. Like today for instance- and I will be starting my period soon, I can feel it. I noticed the breakouts are a bit worse around my period as well.

I eat a very clean diet- no dairy, no wheat/gluten, no red meat or pork. A LOT of veggies- mostly raw, fruit, seeds, nuts, chicken and occasionally fish. I drink about a gallon of water a day and thats it. And I am very active.

I have been doing just the pascalite- every day for the past 2 months and thinking I need to stop using it for a bit and see how I feel.

Hoping someone might have some insight as to what is going on with my persistent chin/jaw breakouts and occasional bloating/constipation.

I also noticed i've been getting more moles throughout my body- nothing painful, and no weird colors and mostly flat. I was told this is related to the liver somehow? Is there anything that can reduce the amount of moles I have?

ANS. 23 years old, female, 115lbs, United States, Advertising Assistant

2. Main complaints and other associated troubles.
a)Where is the trouble; The exact locality of the complaint like hands,legs etc; duration of trouble.
ANS. Pus filled pimple breakouts on chin and lower jaw (a few at a time)- persistent. Occasional Bloating and constipation in lower abdomen area, rectum constipation, unsatisfactory bowels.

b)What exactly do you feel, Sensation as pain, how pain feels or burn etc.
ANS. No pain with bloating and constipation- more of a discomfort and strong urge to want to go to the bathroom. I feel a lot of frustration when I am bloated and/or constipated and cant go to the bathroom. Or if I don’t have a satisfactory bowel movement. My mood changes and I am upset until I do go or have one that is up to my “standards”. I feel an immediate relief and satisfaction when I do.
No pain with the breakouts on chin/jaw.

c)What are the factors that causes this trouble according to you.
ANS. I am not sure what is causing the breakouts. I know it’s not my diet or anything I am using on my face. It is an internal issue- perhaps related to the liver and/or something I am deficient in but I am not 100% certain.
I believe stress and worry will cause me to become bloated/constipated at times. Sometimes it happens before/during my period. Certain food combinations may contribute but not generally. If I eat too much fruit at once or the wrong combination of fruit together- I will become bloated.

d)Condition under which the complaint is reduced or you feel better like,cold or hot application,cold or hot weather,position as standing,walking,rest etc.
ANS. With the bloating/constipation I feel better when laying down and can massage my tummy or when I workout but still frustrated until I have a satisfactory bowel movement or are not bloated anymore. I haven’t noticed anything that makes my skin better or worse- at a bit of a loss with this one.

e)Condition under which the complaint is increased like,cold or hot application,cold or hot weather,position as standing,walking,rest etc.
ANS. Skin is same as above. Bloating/constipation I believe becomes worse with higher stress and anxiety within my space. Too much fruit and possible food combinations that don’t sit well with me. I am very sensitive physically and spiritually.

f)Any other complaint any where in the body.
ANS. I was told by an acupuncturist, that my liver was a little bit congested which could be contributed to the breakouts. Also that my body is having a harder time retaining water properly even though I drink around a gallon a day. Also, that my adrenals may by a little off.

g)Onset time of troubles in detail, i.e which came first, after that what problem and so on.
ANS. Here is my story:

In November of 2013 I got really bad strep throat- which I believe was caused by a very stressful situation that happened with a relationship I was in at that exact time in my life- throat chakra related. I was put on antibiotics for a week and I believe that really screwed up my intestines and digestive system as I not only DIDN’T take probiotics before/during/or after the antibiotics but also because I have such a clean system and never take any type of man made pill/drug etc. I know it was a shock to my body and it didn’t like it. But I wasn’t experiencing any issues at the time so I didn’t really think about it until several months later.

January of 2014, I had used some harsh products on my face that gave me a really bad reaction. I broke out all over in a rash and pimples and red flaky skin. I used the product for about a month. I then stopped using that product and switched to an all organic skin regimen and my skin was getting better in terms of the rash and redness but the breakouts were persistent for months. I then started to see an acupuncturist who recommended I cut out dairy and gluten/wheat which I did. I already was eating pretty healthy and clean- no red meat or pork either. But I was still having breakouts after I cut out the dairy and wheat/gluten. The acupuncturist mentioned my liver was a bit congested, body isn’t retaining water as “normal” and she provided me some different herbs to try which didn’t help. Eventually I stopped the acupuncture because I wasn’t making any progress. I continued to alter my diet over the months and find even healthier ways of eating and started doing monthly 3 day juice cleanses to help detox. I was still getting breakouts but it was much better then when it all first started. It wasn’t until around Sept. 2014 I started to have the digestive issues- bloating and constipation. I would blow up looking pregnant after eating a salad and anything for that matter. I either wouldn’t going to the bathroom at all or would barely go. My whole life I have always gone 2-5 times a day and large bowels so this was very stressful for me and caused a lot of anxiety, stress, frustration, mood changes etc. Around Oct 2014 I was recommended coffee enemas to help cleanse out my liver- so I tried it and things started to get even better. I was doing them about 2 times a week for a couple months or so and at the same time started using Oxy Powder- an oxygen- magnesium based capsule that cleans out the intestines which also helped A TON. Around Dec/Jan ’15 my body wasn’t liking the Oxy Powder anymore and when I used it, I would get super bloated and I knew it was time to stop. It did a good job, but it’s job was done. I stopped the coffee enemas too. So from Jan 2015 until the end of Feb 2015- I was still experiencing bloating (blowing up like a balloon after eating any type of food including salads)- not having regular, satisfactory bowel movements- rectum constipation and breakouts. The breakouts at this point have improved tremendously. At the end of Feb 2015, I came across Pascalite (Bentonite clay) and did a ton of research on it and knew it would help me detox, cleanse my system- pull out heavy metals, toxins etc. Within 3-5 days of using the clay the bloating had gone down. I have continued to use it until present time (now) and have been having more regular bowels 1-2 times a day (sometimes more) and large bowels. Generally no bloating after eating and my skin has cleared up even more.

What I am experiencing now is persistent small pus filled pimples around my chin and jaw and the bloating/unsatisfactory bowels will still creep up occasionally. I will be starting my period soon and have been really stressed the past week and yesterday I was super bloated and barely went to the bathroom.

I used the pascalite (by itself) for 2 months and feel it’s time to give it a break so as of today- this will be my first day not using anything.

ANS. Childhood was stressful. Grew up with an alcoholic mom and a stable supportive dad. Was moved to Chicago with my mom at age 5 and was flying back and forth from Chicago and California ( to see my dad) for years (by myself). Went to multiple schools- didn’t have a lot of stability until I turned 9 and moved back to Cali permanently with my mom. We ended up moving right next door to my dad which was helpful at the time. Don’t have any relationship with my mom’s side of the family. Dad’s side is very small. Junior High to 18 years old was very stressful for me with my mom. I dealt with a lot of verbal and emotional abuse. Went through very traumatic and “odd” experiences with my mom. Very stressful, a lot of anxiety.

b)Academic performance.
ANS. 8th and 9th grade I failed a lot of my classes- didn’t care. Skipped school, drinking, partying, got into fights. Was put on probation in 8th grade for 4 years and was expelled from highschool in the first 3 months of 10th grade from a fight that I was blind sighted with. Because of that as well as an improvement in my grades- I was given an oppurtunity to go to an independent school rather then a “disciplinary” school. It changed my life, I got excellent grades and graduated early. Learned a ton of responsibility and discipline and so much more.

c)Any major incidents in life and the effect of it on life.
ANS. ALL the experiences I went through with my mom had a huge effect on me, my life and the poor decisions I made in Junior High and High School. She “tried” to commit suicide multiple times which had a huge impact on me. Put a lot of blame and guilt on me for her issues which took me a long time to overcome.

d)How you are satisfied with your sex life, friends, family members, company etc.
ANS. Sex life= not satisfied and not currently active.
Friends= very satisfied
Family= unsatisfied
Work= satisfied

Warm foods, cold foods, gluten dairy free pizza. Dairy free ice cream. I love working out, lifting weights, dancing, hiking, walking, jogging, running, martial arts/self defense training. Love the outdoors and being surrounded by nature.

Dislikes= dairy, red meat, pork, any processed/junk foods, alcohol, too much salt, fried foods, too much sugar, refined processed sugar, coffee

ANS. N/A

ANS. Now in present time- stools have been better- pretty frequent everyday. Once in the morning and one after lunch- sometimes more. Usually S-shaped and generally floats. It changes sometimes though. Lately they have been more satisfactory but occasionally it will not be.

ANS. Sometimes have to strain

ANS. Blood color starts off bright red and as I am ending it darkens. No odors or itching. My periods are really easy and pretty light. Nothing concerning or abnormal.

ANS. I sleep very well each night- 7-8 hours and sleep through storms. Quiet and deep sleep. I never really wake up- occasionally (very rarely) I do. I need the window opened a crack for some air flow otherwise I feel hot and suffocated. I cant think of any common dreams- I don’t usually remember a whole lot when I wake up. Sometimes I do, but it fades as time passes. I usually sleep with two blankets and cover my whole body unless it’s hot outside and in my room then I don’t cover my entire body. Sleep is pretty normal and good for me. Sometimes I wake up tired depending on where I am in my sleep cycle when my alarm goes off.


13. Sweat
a)How much, what parts, staining, Odour.
ANS. When I am doing high intensity workouts I sweat the most in my crotch area. Looks like I pee’d myself. My face sweats, back, stomach, head, armpits. It depends on what I am doing though. If I am lifting weights I don’t really sweat much unless I am doing a more intense lifting session. I don’t really notice a bad odor- maybe after my pants have dried- the crotch area doesn’t particularly smell like roses.

14. Weather
a)Tolerance to heat and cold, dryness, humidity, weather changes, sun,
foggy weather, wind drafts, closed rooms, etc.
ANS. I get cold easily- I don’t have a lot of body fat on me. Hands and feet are always cold. I react to weather changes ok- my hair and skin may get a little more dry when it gets colder. I hate humidity- it makes me feel really uncomfortable.

ANS. Quality of my friendships and colleagues are very high. I am not close with anyone in my family. I have a lot of energy available to function in daily life and under various circumstances. I am a very happy, positive, optimistic, spiritual person. I mediate every day.

ANS. No not right now

ANS. I am VERY irritated when driving. I have little patience for people and I am an aggressive driver. Working on it. I used to be angry person but not anymore. If I see someone hurting another person, child or animal I will become very angry and aggressive. How poorly people treat each other, animals and the world makes me angry.

ANS. Very. I am a very clean and organized person. I get stressed out with clutter and dirtiness.

ANS. I don’t’ see it as being “failure” rather than an opportunity to work harder for whatever it is I am trying to achieve. A lesson and opportunity to grow.

Central crack (not very prominent though), slight teethmarks, pink body, coating in the rear of tongue (whitish/yellowish or “dirty white”) not bad though. Not very thick.

None applied to me except I have a glow on my forehead but it’s like a healthy glow and a few pimples around my mouth and lower jaw. My skin gets a little oily but not much.

Thanks- I will give this a try and report back.

Do you have any suggestions to help reduce the amount of moles/freckles I have on my skin?

They are flat- light to medium brown- not painful or "odd" looking.

I have been getting a lot more on my stomach, back and chest over the past few years and hoping to reduce them and stop them from appearing. They range in size and I have noticed more popping up lately- within the last few weeks. I am not out in the sun much and usually protected- especially my stomach and back. (where most of them are).

If you need more info let me know.
My mom and dad have quite a few moles as well.

the debilitated MARS in your horoscope seems to be causing problems, when the planet will start giving GOOD RESULTS depends on planet itself, we human beings do not have control over it, but its ill effects can be reduced to some extent,

REMEDY--

1)keep water in small pot below head side of your bed at night, next morning after sunrise flow it to any flowered plant, do this CONTINUOUSLY WITHOUT BREAK FOR 43 DAYS.
