Remedy for Headache due anesthesia use in C section

Please advise some homeopathic remedy for severe headache after caesarean delivery due to use of anesthesia.
First delivery 5 yrs back was also caesarean, however at that no headache was detected. Only back pain and stich pain was major and following remedies were used:
Arnica 200
China 200
Hypericum 30
Ruta 30
and at last Staphisgaria
This time headache is more violent as compared to other pains. stool, urine, appetite, thirst are normal. As per doctor's advised fluid intake is increased than normal. No hard or heavy food are being taken.

Phosphorus 30 & Gelsimum 30 was already in use before receiving the reply. However, on receiving your advise Phos. 200 started to use and on second day good progress was noticed. Now, headache almost has been cured. But feeling of body pain and pain in the stiching area has been started, which was not felt so much earlier.
Please advise next remedy to be used for other reliefs

Pl stop Phosphorus-200 and pl now take
1. Eupatorium Perfolinum-30 6 pills twice a day for 3-4 days and then give feedback

Headache relieved. However, 15 days back, frequent vomiting and stomach pain occurred. Even water was not digested. Homeopathic remedies used
Ipecaque 200 twice: No relief
Antim Crud 30 twice: no relief
China 30 no relief

After that we visited a hospital, they given some injections, vomit controlled, pain upto some extent also relieved, but another problem constipation started. Doctor advised a powder to be taken at night with milk but no relief noticed. Then some home remedies were used. now, constipation is OK, wound are cured from outside, however, internal pains in the stiching part are still existing and are very violent.
Back pain is still not relieved. Plz advise
