Boil inside nostril of the nose. Help!!

Hi.. I got a boil inside my nose in the right nostril. It pains when I touch my nose. Probably a heat boil or furnuculosis. I wish to know what remedy should i take for it. Should I use Hepar sulph and Silicea? Or anything else.
I also have ibs and lots of gas and mucus stool sometimes with undigested food.
Please give me remedy asap.
