Hello fitness,
There's no problem in my urine system, Even I had gone through complete blood and urine tests few days back and they were normal, lest recently urine sugar was +2 and blood sugar was 130 with random tests.

My question was that what did the urologist say about your sperm analysis report.
When was the last time you did your complete physical check up, blood pressure, blood tests (CBC, HbA1C, Lipid profile).
What makes you think the issue is with you.
What about your wife.

Hello there,
Oh, sorry, now I understood. Actually the report which I had posted is from last week.
My urologist said that there's nothing serious relating to your semen test and other reports, but the quantity 2.5 ml is low.
Regarding my wife, will you please tell that what tests will she has to be done.

I am surprised that the urologist has said this. The volume is fine as it is dependent on tons of reasons and can vary between 2 ml to 7 ml for the same person.
For your wife, ask her to see a gynecologist, who will then decide which tests are required (blood test, ultrasound etc) to see if everything is ok with her.
Once all of this is done, we can see what is the issue.
