I am helpless Please help me

Hello,
I am 35 years old man,since my teenage I noticed a rapid ejaculation problem,but i ignored this problem coz i am 2 shy to discuss this.Because of this I never had any serious and long relation with girls.I tried to ease myself by masterbation. Now I met with the girl I have decided to marry.But because of problem I can't.
I ejaculate as soon as i enter inside vigana, i mean in first thurst (second).I ejaculate even in foreplay. I tried so many practices like stop,sqeeze technique, but no result.
Please please somebody help me and advice me long lasting solution, I will be grateful to you. Because it is my life matter, please help me..
