3.5 year old got a ear infection after 7-8 days of cold

my daughter had a cold, regular since last 5-6 days, it had not cleared up as the weather is very cold and she was catching a little bit of cold every day in her school while playing outside in close to zero temperatures. Today morning she woke up with a ear ache. I gave her one dose of pulsatilla 200. around afternoon there was fluid discharge form her ears, it has been draining a little since last 8-9 hours. By evening she said she was fine and we went out to play. after coming back she got a fever, went upto 100 after which i gave Tylenol. What can i give her so that the infection subsides.
