Suffer terrible Sex related problems

Hello Sir,

I am 21 years old guy, I started masturbation at the age of 13 accidentally. Earlier I didnt know what this act is actully. But as time passes I became and adict. I did this about 5 years than I relize that It effected my body and I stop that. About 6 month later nightfall started. I tried to stop that but I failed. Now it's terrible.

1. Nightfall 3 or 4 times in a week
2. Semen is very thin like water
3. Small amount of semen
4. Thin jel like liquide come out from pennis while I talk with some girls.
5. Some times after nightfall pain feels on the genital system
6. penis is very small , weak and thin
7. Continuous headache and backache
8. physical weakness and eye blurness
9. The excitement and sexual strength are decreasing day by day
10. Digestion Problem
11. Memore lose problem
12. Day by day I am become lazy
13. All the time apathetic in my mind
14. I always prefer to be alone
15. Many times I think it has destroyed my life. At the time, I think about comitting suicide.
