extreme sharp rectum pains

Hi,

Recently I have been having extremely sharp pain in rectum (and between the genital-rectum area). This has happened 2x in last 7 days.
The pains are soo extreme that I am forced to stand up, and feels like I will pass out.
The duration of pain is only 1-2 seconds, but several episodes that come and go.

I also have itchy anus which developed before these pain started. The itch only comes at night (when in bed), very rarely, if ever, when I am out of bed.

These days I also do feel quite exhausted and tired, despite the fact people usually tell me I am hyper active.
I also have started craving more sugary food.
