nose bleed & high blood pressure

My father is 72 years old and recently began a severe nose bleed through both nostrils after blowing his nose too strongly. The bleeding wouldn't stop, and he had both nostrils cauterized. Doctors also gave him antibiotics. This was about 5 days ago. It happened again last night after blowing his nose too hard and his pressure was up to 190 (I don't know the bottom number). Now he has cotton up both nostrils and is in bed. He is extremely nervous and still taking antibiotics. He is a medical doctor and is unfortunately mentally against natural treatments, but I know homeopathy works and want to try to help him. Please help.

dear you have not mentioned , kind and colour of the blood,
however you 1st give hime 1 dose of PHOSPHORUS 200,
and after 3 hours start FERRUM PHOS 3X,
repeat Ferrum Phos, after every 4 hours, when the improvement starts repeat thrice a day for 3 days,
also keep reporting me.

Now the blood stopped, but it was thin and light color but sometimes dark. I gave him rescue remedy which he took recently and now his blood pressure is down to 125 over 90. I have Phosphorus 30 and ferrum phos 6X. We are having a transit strike in NYC and it is difficult to get other medicines. Can we give those doses?

I would recommend that he uses Arnica 30c in the water dose which is made up as follows:

Get a 500ml bottle of spring water
Pour out 100ml
Put in 3 globules or 1 drop if you have the liquid remedy.
Hit the bottle hard on your palm or a cushion and watch for the water to fizzle like when you open a bottle of soda.
Sip a teaspoonful twice daily

He can continue with this therapy for life and he may like to know that I am 76 years old and have used this remedy since 1996 once daily at night and my BP is 120/80 pulse 65.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have given phosphorus and ferrum. He also gave a dose of arnica after a few days because his nose was swollen from the doctors stuffing cotton up to stop the bleeding. The doctors also gave a tiny amount of linocaine (cocaine) to constrict the blood vessels in the nose on 2 occasions. The second time (yesterday) his blood pressure shot up to 200 (top number). He then took phosphorus and slept and was better after. He is very easily angered and stressed and still can't mentally accept natural remedies. He is taking them, but I am not with him often so I don't know if he is regularly taking ferrum phos as I instructed him to. I will also suggest the arnica treatment.
