I am from the post,I need help so bad.I received my Arnica today.
Do I hit the bottle only once on palm or cushion?
Should I take it morning or night.
Can I drink one cup of coffee in morning?
Again,thank you for working with me.
PS-Do i hit the bottle everyday befor I take my dose?

Yes,you told me to get Arnica 1M You told me to put one drop in 500ml of spring water.You told me to take one teaspoon aday.
I am the one with a headace, without the head ace pain.I have terrible noises in my head.I have burning,numbness in my face.I have this 24/7 for 14 years.I have blood vessels that are never relaxed due to spinal test.

Tea of all types is OK although it also has a trace of caffeine but this is acceptable when using Homeopathic remedies.
