Anger/Rage Outbursts Directed at Daughter

Generally I am a very happy person. I go with the flow, don't take things personally, and my feathers aren't easily ruffled.

However, over the past few years, I've noticed that I have moments of anger and rage that only happen when I am around my daughter. Looking back, I'm terrified of myself; she's young and is a very good girl. But like all young children, she pushes boundaries sometimes, and other times acts crazy like all kids do. I react explosively, and an hour or two later I feel extremely guilty and usually end up in tears. It's not fair to her. She deserves a better mother than I am being to her.

Other things that may or may not matter (forgive me, I'm very new to homeopathy): I am a military wife who's husband is currently deployed. I also had a baby boy almost three months ago. You'd think I'd be extremely lonely and depressed, but I would argue that - with the exception of these horrible moments - these are some of the happiest moments of my life. Of COURSE I (we) miss my husband. But we are content.

I have noticed lately that I am extremely tired, even on evenings when I go to bed early.

I also haven't been doing a good job of feeding myself. I will be cooking dinner sometimes and realize, "Oh, I never ate today." This leads to overeating during dinner time.

If there is any advice you could offer me, I would be EXTREMELY grateful. My daughter deserves better than she's currently getting from me. Thank you SO much!!
