This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Describe each symptom he has in detail, including:
1. What it looks like
2. Anything the child says to describe the symptom (pain, sensation etc)
3. What triggers it into happening or makes it worse
4. What stops it from happening or makes it better in some way
5. Any event that may have precipitated the condition or problem
6. Any other feature of the symptom related to your observation of it (smell, touch, taste etc)
Also, please describe his general state (eg. weak, tired, restless etc), his emotional state, during the symptoms, and before and after the symptoms.
If things are different to how he is normally (his normal chronic problems), highlight these especially.

2 tablespoons of water every 1/2 hour to keep hydrated; water induces vomiting so go slow & easy with it. make sure he is peeing . once he can keep this down you can introduce only these: B.R.A.T. = bananas; rice, applesauce, toast. one at a time; a little at a time & see how he keeps these down. hydration is key ...
