Hi, can anyone help me?

Hi, Happy New Year

I suffer from dandruff, red itcht skin with poures, hair loss, spastic colon, stomach pain, trouble breathing, diarreha, constipation and weak eyes with cataract.

Does anyone know any remedies or persons whom can help?

I am trying a low carb diet and try to be as healthy as I can.

my colon or abdomen makes a contraction or spases out

this is almost constant

the red itchy skin is mostly on my face. It gets red or as if my whole face is swollen. It gets itchy and very red. Very sensitive too. Also there are pores and flaky skin too.

I get spasms and contractions
is hard breathing and it feels like a rock is in my stomach or colon
